We accept returns up to 30 days of receipt provided that the item is returned to us unused and you've completed our return form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is a $5 return shipping fee applied to your refund. If the return is because of damaged jewelry upon arrival, the $5 return shipping fee is waived.
