How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. All jewelry is handcrafted so delays may sometimes occur. If this is the case, you will be notified regarding the delay.

What are your shipping and return policies?

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do! We use DHL, UPS, and USPS to ship internationally. Costs vary based on region but can be calculated at check out.


What is hand forged jewelry?

All of our jewelry is hand forged, meaning that everything begins in a wire or sheet form and is transformed into its final shape. Using tools and heat we create one of a kind pieces.

What is gold filled?

Gold filled jewelry is a sheet of gold bonded over a base metal such as brass. Unlike gold plating, which coats on a very thin layer of gold, gold filled is thicker and does not wear as easily over time.

Is your sterling silver real?

Yes! There is absolutely zero nickel in our sterling silver. Only 92.5% fine silver and 7.5% copper. We purchase recycled metal that has been made and processed in the USA.

Can you resize my ring?

We can absolutely resize any ring you've purchased from us. Please send an email to and we'll work with you to ensure a correct ring size. We will resize your ring free of charge but you will be responsible for cost of shipping.

My stone fell out, will you replace it?

We can definitely replace it for you as long as we have it in stock. Our jewelry repair warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Therefore, you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement stone and repair work.

My jewelry is tarnished. What do I do?

Jewelry tends to tarnish over time due to environmental conditions. There are many ways to prevent or slow down tarnishing which you can read about on our jewelry care & repair page. You may remove the tarnish with a polishing cloth or send us your jewelry and we'll be happy to clean it free of charge.

Shipping & Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you've met our return criteria, you may submit a return form and we'll get it processed as quickly as possible for you. You can find the return form here.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once your return has been processed, you'll receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. As soon as the carrier alerts us you've shipped it, we'll release your refund. It can take up to 7 business days afterwards for your card company to show the credit.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We've all been there; either accidentally clicking something or changing our mind after the fact. Please send an email immediately to We'll do our best to resolve the matter! If your order has already been shipped, you may still contact us but you'll need to initiate a return.
