Shipping
We offer free domestic standard shipping on every order $35+. We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers. We offer flat rate shipping costs and their rates can be found below.

International Rates
We do ship internationally! Available carriers are DHL, UPS, and USPS. Please see shipping rates at checkout for the specific cost as it varies based on region.
Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days of receipt provided that the item is returned to us unused and you've completed our return form.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For orders that total $35+ (excluding shipping and tax) returns are free. For orders less than $35, there is a $5 return shipping fee applied to your refund. If the return is because of damaged jewelry upon arrival, the $5 return shipping fee is waived.
Once you've completed a return form you'll receive an email verifying we've received your request. You'll then receive a follow up email with instructions on how to mail back the jewelry using the pre-paid label we provide.
Only regular priced items may be returned, all sale items are final sales.
Exchanges
We are happy to provide an exchange up to 60 days of receipt at no cost to you. In the event of an exchange, we cover all shipping costs. Please complete our return form and choose the exchange option.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed when we receive notification that it has been shipped and a credit minus the $5 return shipping fee (if applicable) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

When will my order ship?
What if I haven't received my package?
If your tracking information doesn't show delivered and you believe your package is lost, please email us at shipping@bentleyandlo.com and we will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
How long will it take to be delivered?
Carriers have been experiencing shipment delays. Unfortunately, this isn't something we have control over so your package may take longer then the estimated time frame.

I forgot to put in my discount code at checkout, can I still get the discount?
Since payment was already received, we'll refund you the amount of the coupon savings.
