SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are provided a tracking number which you will receive via email or text.
Shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays. Unfortunately, once we’ve shipped your order we have no control on the length of time it takes to receive your package.
RETURNS
We accept returns up to 30 days of receipt as long as the jewelry is unused and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For orders totaling $35 or more (excluding shipping and tax), returns are completely free. For orders under $35, there is a $5 return shipping fee applied to your refund. If the return is because of damaged jewelry upon arrival, the $5 return shipping fee is waived.
